Business insurance. With 70% of our commission back.

We help you shop available coverage and return 70% of the eligible commissions we earn on your policies.

A membership for California businesses

A business insurance membership by OnePark Risk. Built for property owners, contractors, accounting firms, professional-service businesses, and startups whose primary business base is in California, including businesses that also operate in other states. 70% of eligible commissions back Membership from $99/year Independent carrier shopping Rebates are a percentage of eligible commissions—not premiums. Membership fees vary by FTEs and gross revenue. Policy eligibility and actual savings require review.

What could your commission rebate look like?

Illustrative annual eligible premium: $50,000. Assumed brokerage commission: 15%. Illustrative commission earned: $7,500. Member's 70% share: $5,250. Illustrative annual rebate, before membership fee. Example only. A 15% commission is an assumption, not a quote or industry average. Your commission rate, eligible premium, and membership price may differ.

Your coverage does the protecting. Your membership does the giving back.

Insurance premiums can include compensation paid to the broker. OnePark Pacific makes that compensation part of the membership value: we return 70% of the eligible commission we actually earn and receive on your policies. We retain 30%, alongside your annual membership fee, to support our brokerage services. INDEPENDENT ADVICE: We are not tied to a single insurance carrier. We help you compare available options for your business, rather than steering every company toward one insurer. A TRANSPARENT SHARE BACK: Your rebate is tied to eligible brokerage commissions. We explain the calculation so you can understand the dollars coming back—and compare them with your membership fee. SAVINGS THAT DO NOT DEPEND ON CUTTING COVERAGE: The rebate comes from our compensation. It does not, by itself, lower your policy limits or raise your deductible.

Shop the market. Then share in the commission.

OnePark Pacific combines two separate opportunities: finding a competitive insurance option and returning a substantial share of the commission we earn. FIRST, COMPARE COVERAGE AND PRICE.: We help review available carriers, policy terms, limits, deductibles, and exclusions. A cheaper premium is not automatically a better policy. THEN, GET 70% OF ELIGIBLE COMMISSIONS BACK.: Once an eligible policy generates commission we earn and receive, your membership returns 70% of that commission under the program terms. One opportunity comes from shopping. The other comes from sharing. Market-shopping savings are not guaranteed. Rebates are calculated using the actual eligible placement—not a hypothetical higher premium.

For businesses with larger insurance budgets, the rebate can reach thousands.

Annual eligible premiumAssumed commission rateAnnual rebate before membership fee
$5,00015%$525
$15,00015%$1,575
$30,00015%$3,150
$50,00015%$5,250
$100,00015%$10,500

The opportunity grows with the eligible commissions on your policies. These examples use an assumed 15% commission to make the math easy to understand.

Eligible premium × actual commission rate × 70% = commission rebate

Examples are hypothetical, not customer results or average premiums. Actual commission rates vary by policy and carrier. Membership fees reduce net savings, and a rebate may be less than the membership fee.

Run the numbers for my business.

How much could come back to your business?

Illustrative assumption—confirm your actual rate. Scenario buttons are illustrative assumptions, not a stated market range or typical rates. Scenario presets: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30%. Enter your quoted fee, or a hypothetical fee for comparison. Taxes, unrelated fees, noncommissionable premiums, and commissions OnePark does not receive are not part of the modeled base. For portfolios with different policy rates, enter an appropriately weighted assumption. The entered membership fee is greater than this illustrative rebate. This is an estimate, not a pricing recommendation.

You may not need different insurance. Just a different broker.

Questions, answered clearly.

WHAT IS ONEPARK PACIFIC?

OnePark Pacific is a business insurance membership by OnePark Risk. It combines independent brokerage support with an annual rebate of 70% of eligible commissions we actually earn and receive. Membership starts at $99 per year, with pricing based on FTEs and gross annual revenue.

IS THE REBATE 70% OF MY PREMIUM?

No. It is 70% of eligible commissions. For example, a $10,000 eligible premium with an assumed 15% commission would generate $1,500 in commission and a $1,050 rebate before the membership fee. Actual commission rates vary.

DOES THIS REDUCE MY COVERAGE?

The rebate itself comes from our compensation, not a change to your coverage. Any policy placement or renewal still needs review: the insurer’s terms, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and premium can change.

CAN I KEEP MY CURRENT POLICY OR INSURANCE COMPANY?

Possibly. Depending on carrier access and approval, we may be able to become your broker of record or handle your renewal. We review your options before recommending a change.

CAN I RECEIVE A REBATE ON COMMISSIONS MY OLD BROKER ALREADY EARNED?

We do not promise retroactive rebates on commissions paid to another broker. Membership rebates depend on eligible commissions OnePark actually earns and receives.

CAN ONEPARK SHOP MULTIPLE CARRIERS?

Yes. As an independent broker, we can compare available options through the carriers and markets we can access. We do not represent every insurer or guarantee the lowest price.

WILL EVERY BUSINESS SAVE THOUSANDS?

No. Results depend on eligible premiums, actual commissions, and the membership fee. Larger eligible insurance programs can produce larger rebates. For some businesses, the fee may exceed the rebate.

WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

Membership starts at $99 annually and increases based on FTEs and gross annual revenue. We confirm your price before enrollment. Insurance premiums are separate.

HOW DOES ONEPARK MAKE MONEY?

We receive the annual membership fee and retain 30% of eligible policy commissions. We explain the compensation and rebate calculation before you enroll.

IS THIS ONE GROUP POLICY FOR ALL MEMBERS?

No. Membership does not make every member part of one blanket policy. Your business’s coverage is evaluated and placed individually, subject to insurer underwriting and availability.

WHEN ARE REBATES PAID?

Rebates are calculated annually under the membership terms using eligible commissions actually earned and received. The written agreement explains the payment schedule and how cancellations, premium adjustments, or returned commissions affect the calculation.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Membership is exclusively for businesses primarily based in California. Operations in other states are allowed, but they do not make a non-California-based business eligible. We review your business, insured risks, policies, and applicable requirements.
