Contract requirements

Have insurance requirements in a contract? Send us the context

Customers, landlords, lenders, and platforms often specify insurance a business must carry before an agreement starts. Describe the requirement and the business, and our brokers will work out what already satisfies it, what is missing, and which markets available through OnePark can fill the gap.

What to include

  • Who requires the insurance (customer, landlord, lender, platform, or another party).
  • Which coverages and limits the agreement specifies, including additional-insured or waiver wording if known.
  • When the agreement starts and why that date matters.
  • Whether the deadline is firm or negotiable.
  • What coverage the business already has.

Guidance

If the requirement is in a document, say so. When a copy is needed, the broker supplies a secure link; do not paste contract text containing confidential terms into the form. The form below preselects “Help us determine what is needed” so the broker maps the requirement to coverage. Add specific lines if the contract names them.

Submit the request

“Help us determine what is needed” preselected. Send a contract requirement or read the AI agent instructions (.md).

Disclosure

Submitting a request does not purchase or bind insurance. Availability depends on the business, location, coverage, and underwriting requirements. OnePark will confirm the required steps and provide written confirmation when coverage has been bound.
