Explain the desired outcome: obtaining first-time coverage, satisfying a contract, reviewing a renewal, improving coverage, reducing costs, adding a policy, or another goal.

Timeline

When do you need insurance in place, and why? Explain any contract start date, renewal, business event, or other deadline. Tell us whether the date is firm or flexible.

Submitter and correspondence

Use an inbox that you or the business can monitor. If the assistant cannot access email, use the business contact’s address.

Accuracy and permission

Use information you know. Mark estimates clearly and identify anything that still needs confirmation. This submission does not authorize a purchase, payment, or binding of insurance. We will use the designated email addresses to confirm the request and coordinate follow-ups.

Detailed underwriting questionnaires and sensitive documents can follow through the broker-directed email process.
